Powerbuilding Programs

What is powerbuilding? It's a lifting style which fuses together bodybuilding with powerlifting and some high rep conditioning sets.
Here is a lift of the programs I have done over a period of 6 months. Programs 2-6 were all on a cut which is why chest is heavily emphasised (chest day was my cheat day)


Set/rep types:

Low - 1-5 Reps
Medium - 6-12
High - Up to 50

You will love powerbuilding if:
You love lifting heavy weight
you love muscular endurance
You enjoy bulking and gaining muscle mass
If you're looking for some great muscular definition while bulking
If conventional body-building is too boring

You will not enjoy powerbuilding if:
You are low bodyfat <12%
You don't have the strength to lift moderate weight (60k bench 100k squat)
If you are new to lifting in which case you should be on this page
