Workouts I have used/ am using

Beginner Workouts

Workout Programs

First before you read ANYTHING, go to the "reading my workouts" tab, it WILL help you

Beginners workouts:
Use these if you're just starting out. Make sure you know how to do each exercise, make sure you have a good nutrition plan, do the workouts and get results! The best workout program in the world will NEVER work unless you do. One person with a shit workout who works hard gets more results from someone with the best plan who does nothing!
Check with your doctor before undertaking any diet/exercise program, no sense mesing yourself up! Once you do a combination of any 6 programs (preferably going 1-6), you can mvoe onto the intermediate programs! Enjoy.

Intermediate Workouts:

After doing 6+ beginners programs you can move up to these puppies! They are harder, longer and.... moderate?

Advanced workouts:
After training for 10-14 months on intermediate programs, it's time to earn your stripes! Move onto these workouts, they will test you physically, mentally and emotionally. Are you ready?

 

Pre-beginners workouts
If you're not able to do much of anything, if you're extra weak or overweight, this is the section for you. All you need it a 2nd hand set of dumbells, a couple 1.25k plates, a couple 2.5k plates and a few 5k plates and a Barbell. ANYONE can do these workouts, they have been designed for the older and or more overweight individuals. NO gym membership needed! You can do everything in the safety and seclusion of your own home!
 

Ultimate Workouts:
After training for 12 months on advanced programs (yes a full year), you can begin the hardest programs I have ever had the audacity to create. These programs are insane. They are so damn fucking hard you won't know what kicked the shit out of you! ....Let it begin.

WARNING: Not for the beginners or intermediates or even advanced. To be able to powerlift, bodybuild and do these craxy bodyweight exercises relentlessly with little or even no rest for 2 hours a workout requires some serious training. Do not do these untill you're ready!
