Reading My Workouts

<--> = Pick one of these and alternate them each week. Over 1 month you do each exercise 2 times

Exercise - Exercise = Superset, the "-" means no rest, go straight into it unless stated

# Total Reps = Each set is to failure and you have unlimited sets to hit those reps, 60 seconds rest each set.

10,10,10 = Drop setting. The "," means you drop the weight just enough to hit the second amount of reps.

(10)(10)(12)(15) = 10 reps for set 1, 10 for set 2, 12 for set 3, 15 for set 4 and so on.

50x 50k = 50 total reps with 50 kilos, unlimited sets, get the reps done as fast as possible. 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds or 90 it's all on you. Time and reps are the goal not rest.
