Ultimate Warrior Training

Ultimate warrior training is combining the best elements of Warrior training and Powerbuilding, powering it with lightning and creating a hybrid so dangeriously difficult and insanely difficult it makes grown men shake in terror! These programs are super hard. Each is around 2 hours long, has crazy high volume, stupid high reps, hard as hell exercises and uses a whole bunch of varied sets, reps, exercises and rest intervals. Proceed at the sake of your physical health tiny human!
