Calisthenics is all about bodyweight exercises. It's a fantastic way to have an athletic physique which is strong, durable and functional as well as fit and powerful. Dips, pushups, pullups, Squats, Jogging and Sprinting are just a handful of the things you'll become great at!
 

Rep/set types:
High reps, no set sets or reps per say, it's all about getting more reps on exercises you can do and being able to do harder exercises you can't yet do.

Speed and power work will be in a small minority in my programs to asist muscle explosivity.


You will love hypertrophy if:
You want to have an athletic physique
You are more interested in functionality
You are interested in other sports where calisthenics would be a great asset
 

It's not for you if:
You wan't large muscle size
fincitonality doesn't mean much to you
You dislike high reps
You are unable to do the simplest bodyweight exercises
