Warrior Training

What is warrior training? Training calisthenics exercises (bodyweight) some weight training exercises with the intention of improving muscle functionality, speed, explosivness, power, strength and endurance! Training like a fucking saiyan! Long jogging climbing walls, sprints, pushups, pullups, muscle ups, core training, squatting u name it!

You will like warrior training if:
You want functionality
You enjoy bodyweight exercises
You wanna feel super human!
You want to be able to feel like a superhero
You do martial arts or other physical vocations

You won't like warrior training if:
You're primary goal is size or brute strength
You are overweight
You don't enjoy long cardio sessions or high intensity burst training
